Johannah Snovelle

Johannah Snovelle, Owner and Operator

"I enjoy working in the kitchen and bath industry and want to make homeowners' remodel or build experience better. I found they were often discouraged with small details that were overlooked. My goal is to eliminate those problems and find solutions for the customers.

I strive to find solutions that make everyone involved happy. I really enjoy my career and hope that you will give me a call. I would love to assist you with your next kitchen or bath project!"

Johannah often says she started in the kitchen & bath industry 42 years ago when her father changed professions and started managing the local countertop manufacturing plant. She was 4 and remembers road trips to deliver tops, the smell of particle board and the joy of exploring the laminate chip rings left in the back seat of the car. After completing college in 1992 with a BS in Accounting and BS in Management, Johannah worked in retail management for 7 years before returning to the family business. Johannah’s favorite part of the job is seeing the entire project from concept to completion. She loves measuring the space, creating the project boards, seeing the demo and monitoring the project from beginning to end to ensure the customer’s expectations are met.

Johannah’s favorite project was so hard to choose. She finally narrowed it to a farm kitchen she designed for a friend. They had spent many summers at the softball field together and she needed help reimagining her kitchen. She and her husband had moved into his parent’s home. She was ready to update the look and make it work better for their family of six. She is a creative spirit but was sensible when it came to design and function. It was a huge construction project which was out of the KBTKS scope and took the contractor longer than expected. Cabinets set in storage for more than three months waiting for the kitchen walls but it was all worth the wait! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful! See it on our houzz profile as the Country Kitchen that Shines!

Johannah finds that keeping up the ever changing flooring and tile options as the biggest challenge. It seems as soon as you find a favorite, the lines are update or revised.

In her off time, Johannah enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband Robert and her work together each day and with five children, there is always some place to be or something to do! If time permits, she loves spending time with long-time friends, Ann and Sheila, or traveling to new places and trying different food.

Johannah’s Favorites:
Cabinet: Jay Rambo, Colonial door, Walnut Natural with VanDyke glaze but would love to do a Blue Silk kitchen!

Laminate: Formica Black Magma 3548-RD in Bevel Edge

Victoria Dean
Victoria Dean, Kitchen Specialist

Victoria joined the KBtKS team in 2013. She worked part-time while finishing college. She earned a BS in Health Promotion. She left the field of health after falling in love with kitchen & bath design but finds what she learned in college beneficial in any profession. She has completed several hours of cabinet and software training. She has also completed several hours of sales training and product knowledge courses. This allows her to provide our clients with the information needed to make educated decisions when it comes to their kitchen and bath projects.
Victoria’s favorite part of her job is working with the customer and helping to improve the communication process during the renovation or build. She enjoys helping the customer select the products that will best fit their needs, their design and most of all, their lifestyle. She has a natural sense of what looks good and works in a space.

Victoria’s favorite project is still her first full kitchen project in a new home. The homeowner was a young couple with two small children. Victoria and the homeowners were able to create a lot of storage in a small space. The customers selected high contrast black and white cabinets but brought in the relaxed feel by choosing to distress the cabinets. They created a great matching bench seating for the breakfast nook. The kitchen was finished with quartz and beautiful lighting fixtures.

Victoria finds that ordering plumbing as the most difficult part of her job as there are so many options! The most challenging in understanding everything about floor heat and how it is used in different situations. In her off time, Victoria enjoys spending time with friends.

Victoria’s Favorites:
Cabinet: Dura Supreme, Valencia Classic, Knotty Alder Weathered A
Quartz: Princetown with the eased edge
Laminate: Any Carnival collection color in Bevel Edge
Onyx: Cappachino
Overall Product Provided by KBTKS: Quartz by Cambria

Alisha Stone
Alisha Stone, Kitchen Specialist

We welcome you to visit our studio design center. We'd love to meet you and introduce you to our products. If you can't make it to our location, we'll be happy to present our products in the comfort of your home or office.

Alisha has been with Kitchen & Bath Trends of Kansas for over two years. She has learned a lot in 2 years and is great at helping the customer choose products that work best for their project. She is a natural when it comes to selecting color and texture. This could be contributed to her family background in the professional painting business.

Alisha’s favorite part of her job is designing kitchens and helping customer select the materials best suited for their project. She has found that she has really enjoyed the friendships she has built with customers. She finds that the more she learns by talking to them, the stronger the bond and the follow-up during the project is easy. She has even been known to finish the painting for customers.

Alisha’s favorite job could not be narrowed to just one. She did a job for a semi-retired couple and fell in love with the beauty of the cabinets. The cream cabinets with a glaze were gorgeous and the color selections complimented them well. It was a complete remodel from floor to ceiling with all the materials and installation provided by KBTKS. The second job was another floor to ceiling remodel but on a much smaller scale. It was the smallest 8x8x8 kitchen ever seen. The cabinetry did not function, the countertops were dated and there was no storage at all. Alisha turned this kitchen into a beautiful work space with lots of storage. The color scheme worked great in the rest of the home and she even convinced the customer to update the bathroom as well.

Alisha believes the most challenging part of her job is working the customer through the decision making process. Many clients struggle with this and can often lead to the end of the project. She also is worried about placing large cabinet orders and missing a crucial piece or measurement. This would be any designer but many would not admit to it.

Alisha’s Favorites:
Cabinet: Dura Supreme, Waterton door style, Knotty Alder
Quartz: Berwyn with the Bevel Edge
Laminate: She states she loves too many to pick, but we made her! Wilsonart Cipollino Bianco, 1881-35
Quartz: Pepper is what she wants in her home or Oyster, once again she can’t decide!

We welcome you to visit our studio design center. We'd love to meet you and introduce you to our products. If you can't make it to our location, we'll be happy to present our products in the comfort of your home or office.

Greg has been in the kitchen & bath industry for 22 years. Greg led the sales team and assisted with product development for Countertop Trends from 2007-2015. In 2016 Greg changed his focus from CTT to Kitchen & Bath Trends. He is a great installer and can manage any project, big or small.

Greg’s favorite part of his job is pleasing the customer. He enjoys working with the customers closely and does everything within his power to make the customer’s dreams come true.

Greg’s favorite project was his own kitchen. He and his wife remodeled their kitchen in 2014. It was a major construction job as the ceiling was opened to exposed beams and the floor was refinished. His favorite part of his kitchen is his cabinets. You can check out his beautiful kitchen on Houzz. It is the Ranch makeover in the Midwest. Greg sees working in older homes as the most challenging part of his job. Updating electrical and plumbing is always needed and he is never sure what he will find in an aging home.

Greg’s Favorites:
Cabinet: Dura Supreme or Jay Rambo, Knotty Alder in a warm finish.
Laminate: Wilsonart Milano Brown 4725-52 with the Bevel Edge
